Delivery

Orders that are in stock in our UK warehouse will be dispatched same day if ordered before 3.00PM. Orders that are not in stock may have subsequent lead times depending on brand, product or delays out of our control.

Next day delivery is for next working day i.e. Monday for Tuesday - Friday for Monday, please check for availability.
In the unlikely event of experiencing any issues please contact us as soon as possible.

Most orders which are UK Mainland are sent out on our fast next-day service. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched. 
Dispatch times and delivery times may differ depending on shipping address. Other costs may be incurred e.g. customs charges, taxes etc.

Please note none of the delivery schedules are guaranteed, see Terms & Conditions for more detail. No refunds for non delivery on time.


Orders under £149 incur a £5.95 delivery charge, although there are different shipping charges for different areas. Please select the area carefully and the carriage will be applied correctly to your order.

Some items may require special delivery that are not covered by our general carriage rates and will be quoted before the order is processed.
All deliveries are subject to stock and availability.


Returns

If There’s An Error:
If for some reason your order is not right. We will explain the steps to take.

Wrong Size *:
If the item is the wrong size and does not fit. You can return the item to us and we can dispatch the amended size you require. We can only do this if they are unworn and in original condition with all stickers and tags attached if in a box make sure no stickers or labels are put on the box, please do not send any item back that has been worn or is not in its original condition, we will not credit them. 
It is up to you how to return them but we recommend at least using a recorded service, we cant be responsible for items we haven't received back.
Please return the incorrect item to us marked for the attention of Returns at the address on your receipt, with the following information. Your full name and address a copy of the receipt, the size of garment or shoes you now need, now you can either pop a cheque in with the goods for £5.95 to cover the carriage from ourselves** to you of the correct size or ask us to contact you for credit card details, where payment was made on the internet we will debit your account, please enclose a mobile number where possible.

Damaged or Incorrect: 
If you have received an item that is damaged or not as described please contact one of our Customer Service Operators who will gladly try and get to the bottom of whats gone wrong.

Shortages: 
We must be notified of all shortages within 48 hours of receipt of goods, this must be done via telephone within the allotted time. 

Faulty: 
If you have a fault under the manufacturers warranty please return them to us for inspection, manufacturers warranty covers failure of the product and or materials used in the product, it does not cover fair wear and tear, products damaged in use, i.e. toes worn out due to kneeling when the product does not have a scuff cap, if you are unsure of the right product for your application please call us we will gladly give the best advice we can.


Non-bespoke items are returnable for exchange if the size is incorrect or where permission has been given, we do reserve the right to refuse to exchange or return. A £5.95 carriage charge is applied to all returns.
Unfortunately any underwear/first layer items are not returnable if opened for hygiene reasons.

Product Knowledge Base

All products are listed in UK sizing unless stated otherwise within the product listing. Some sizes for listings may differ with others offering smaller or larger sizing, bespoke sizing and half sizes. This is dependent on the product itself.

Some items are available to order in bespoke sizes and/or colours and these items are non-returnable and any orders for bespoke items cannot be cancelled. Bespoke items from some manufacturers are specially made for you and may take between 4-8 weeks.
Any items that have been specifically altered to your requirements e.g. personalizing with embroidery or vinyl, are bespoke items and are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled.

Prices are checked regularly but if we find the price has changed when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed.
All prices and offers are subject to change and availability, errors and omissions excepted and subject to not selling below our cost price. VAT is charged on all prices (including carriage) at a rate of 20% unless a product is VAT exempt i.e. safety boots, safety shoes are not VAT exempt. Prices shown excluding VAT are only a guide and no accuracy is intended. Allow ten working days for cheque clearance. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.
