HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Important Information

We can only accept items back that are in a condition for immediate re-sale. This includes but is not limited to; being un-worn, with tags, no creases, scratches or marks etc. The same guidelines apply where-in your item is delivered in a box e.g. footwear. We reserve the right to decline returns which do not adhere to our guidelines and/or discretion with no exchange, credit or refund.

 

Please enclose a copy of the original invoice with clear instructions as to what you need i.e. replacement, different size, colour or refund — with your best contact details.

Non-bespoke items are returnable for exchange if the size is incorrect or where permission has been given, we do reserve the right to refuse to exchange or return. A £5.95 carriage charge is applied to all returns.

Unfortunately any underwear/first layer items are not returnable if opened for hygiene reasons and none other. Bespoke items are not returnable.

FAQ

Can I use a different delivery service to return my order?

Yes, you can use your preferred delivery method to return your order to us. Ensure you follow the return instructions above.

 

When will I get my refund?

Once we've received your items your return will be processed and we'll issue a refund upon request on the invoice enclosed to your original form of payment.

 

Can I exchange my order?

Should you have received an incorrect size and/or you would prefer an alternative colour return the product to us as instructed with clear instructions to exchange.
